Prof. Annemarie Mol (University of Amsterdam) will give a guest lecture at the “Biotechnologies, Nature and Society” colloquium hosted by Endre Dányi and Thomas Lemke. Following an “inverted classroom” format, she’ll first introduce her new book, Eating in Theory (Duke University Press, 2021), and then engage in a discussion centred around Chapter 2.
